- The University of the Philippines Red Cross Youth (UPRCY) is a duly recognized non-stock, nonprofit, student-led, university-based organization in UP Diliman, and duly affiliated with the Philippine National Red Cross - Quezon City Chapter. The organization promotes the spirit of humanity and voluntary service among the youth through different socio-civic activities such as blood donation programs, health missions, community development projects, and first aid services.
