For a faster response to blood requests please contact the Blood Programs Director: Melanie Quintos through 09155473664.

Please indicate:

• patient's name
• contact number of family member/point person to coordinate with
• blood type, or if for replacement
• number of blood bags needed
• date when needed
• hospital or blood bank to go to
• patient's status i.e. illness, operation?, etc
• other details that you think pertinent (the more we know, the better)

Also, if you want to become part of the UPRCY blood donors network, Dugong Bayani, you may express your willingness to Mel through the same number.

Membership to the network avails you of membership to the blood network yahoo groups as well as blood request text brigade messages, blood-related updates and invitations to seminars, etc.
